About this bottle
Dom Pérignon is named after the Benedictine monk from the abbey in Hautvillers (pronounced oh-vee-LAIR) and has made only vintage Champagne from the start. Each wine comes from a single year and is made only when the year allows it.
On the nose, white flowers, citrus and mineral notes, with almond and brioche. On the palate the wine is precise and taut.
The blend combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and the wine ages in the house's cellars for many years before disgorgement.
A jeroboam is a bottle for a wedding, New Year's Eve or a large party. Serve at 9-11 °C.
