Do you sell only Champagne?
Yes. We stock only Champagne, i.e. sparkling wine from the French region of Champagne: from great houses such as Moët & Chandon and Bollinger to family growers we import ourselves.
How much is delivery?
DHL courier delivery costs 19 zł and is free on orders of 299 zł or more. We dispatch the parcel once your payment has been received. You can also collect your order in person at ul. Annopol 21 in Warsaw, if you phone ahead.
Can I send Champagne to someone as a gift?
Yes. At checkout, tick “Ship to a different address?” and enter the recipient's details. We can engrave a name or date on the bottle.
Where does your Champagne come from?
Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Krug and Dom Pérignon are supplied by our group, an authorised distributor of Moët Hennessy in Poland. We import bottles from small growers ourselves, direct from Champagne.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer to our account at mBank; you will see the transfer details after placing your order and receive them by e-mail. We dispatch the parcel once the payment arrives.
Can I return a bottle?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, if the bottle is unopened and its excise stamp is intact. Engraved bottles cannot be returned. Details are on the page Returns and complaints.
