Dom Pérignon was the first prestige cuvée in history (pronounced koo-VAY), named after the Benedictine monk from the abbey in Hautvillers (pronounced oh-vee-LAIR). It is made only in good years, always from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and goes on sale after many years on the lees.
Vintage 2018 is a white Dom Pérignon from a single vintage, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
It goes with seafood, fish and poultry, and for a toast on a big occasion.
