About this bottle
The Salmon family's rosé Champagne, which took the house to the final of Les Jeunes Talents du Champagne 2013.
It is pink with orange highlights and has an abundant, dense mousse. On the nose, redcurrant, cherry and pomegranate. On the palate the currant stays and ripe black fruit joins it. The palate is full, delicate and slightly sweet, and the finish recalls blackcurrant.
The base is the Réserve made from Meunier alone, to which the house adds 15% red wine, and some of the wines ferment in barrel. The Guide Hachette 2013 gave it three stars and a coup de cœur.
As an aperitif and at the table: with fresh fruit, fruit desserts, steaks and veal.
