About this bottle
Grand Vintage is the vintage Champagne of Moët & Chandon from Épernay (pronounced ay-pair-NAY). It is made only in selected years and is meant to capture the character of that season.
The 2016 vintage label says Extra Brut, so this is a very dry Champagne. It ages on the lees longer than Brut Impérial (pronounced broot am-pay-ree-AL) and is fuller-bodied.
Serve at 8-10 °C in a wider glass. With poultry, roast fish and mature cheeses; for dinner and for the cellar.
