About this bottle
Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Blanc 2016 is an expression of the chef de cave's freedom.
On the nose, ripe orchard fruit with nutty and honeyed notes and a touch of bread. The palate is complex and mature, with clear minerality. The finish is long and food-friendly.
France, Champagne. Grand Vintage is made only when the year deserves it, and it reflects the character of that year, with longer ageing on the lees.
Serve lightly chilled (8-10 °C) in a wider glass; with poultry, roast fish and mature cheeses. For a gastronomic dinner and for the collection.
