About this bottle
Laurent-Perrier is a house from Tours-sur-Marne (pronounced toor sewr MARN) founded in 1812.
Cuvée (pronounced koo-VAY) The rosé has a delicate colour with a raspberry tint and a distinct aroma of strawberries, cherries, raspberries and currants. On the palate it is fresh, rounded and harmonious.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir from ten crus of the Montagne de Reims (pronounced mohn-TAN-yuh duh RANS), including Bouzy (pronounced boo-ZEE). It takes its colour from contact between the juice and the skins, not from added red wine, which is rare among rosé Champagnes. It matures for at least five years.
As an aperitif and with salmon and desserts with red fruit.
The bottle comes in the house's box, ready to give as a gift.
About the houseA house from Tours-sur-Marne that after the war was in hundredth place in Champagne, and half a century later third in the world.
