About this bottle
Dom Pérignon is named after the Benedictine monk from the abbey in Hautvillers (pronounced oh-vee-LAIR) and has made only vintage Champagne from the start. Each wine comes from a single year and is made only when the year allows it.
Rosé Dom Pérignon is made with a majority of Pinot Noir; the colour comes from adding red wine made from Pinot Noir.
Serve at 10-12 °C in a white wine glass. With duck, tuna and dishes with red fruit. In its box, it is ready to give as a gift.
