About this bottle
Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial (pronounced broot am-pay-ree-AL) is a dry white sparkling wine from France, in an impressive 1.5 l magnum, ideal for larger occasions. It is one of the most recognisable Champagnes in the world: a non-vintage version, a classic blend of the three Champagne grapes from the Moët & Chandon house. On the nose, green apple, pear and citrus, followed by notes of brioche, almond and yeast. The bubbles are fine and creamy, the palate fresh, balanced and elegant, and the finish long, with a hint of bread. Excellent for a toast, as an aperitif and with seafood, poultry and light dishes.
