About this bottle
Moët & Chandon is a house from Épernay (pronounced ay-pair-NAY), founded in 1743 and today the largest vineyard owner in Champagne. Brut Impérial (pronounced broot am-pay-ree-AL) has been its flagship Champagne since 1869. This limited edition has a navy blue neck foil, and a label and box reading Pharrell, designed in collaboration with Pharrell Williams.
On the nose, green apple, pear and citrus, with brioche in the background. On the palate the Champagne is full and round, with a fine, creamy mousse and a fresh, clean finish.
It is made from the region's three grape varieties: Pinot Noir gives structure, Meunier fruit and Chardonnay freshness. It is a non-vintage blend, assembled from wines of many years so that the style is the same every year.
Serve at 8-10 °C as an aperitif or with seafood and sushi. The box makes the bottle a ready-made gift, including for collectors of limited editions.
