About this bottle
Leconte Totem Rosé is a rosé sparkling wine from France. It is a Champagne from an artisan producer, combining Meunier with Chardonnay, in a fruity, fresh style with long ageing on the lees. It is an expressive rosé with a vinous character. On the nose, fresh strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, a hint of brioche and white flowers. The bubbles are fine and creamy, the palate fresh, fruity and precise, and the finish long and dry. Excellent as an aperitif and with seafood, salmon, poultry and fruit desserts.
About the houseA family estate from Troissy in the Marne valley, which the fifth generation, Alexis Leconte, has turned into a house of barrel-made single-plot cuvées. Totem, the house's calling card, is a Champagne with 70% Meunier.History, people and stories: Leconte
