Le Mesnil is a growers' cooperative in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (pronounced luh may-neel syoor oh-zhay), a grand cru village (pronounced grahn KREW) in the Côte des Blancs (pronounced koht day BLAHN), a village famous for Chardonnay.
Sublime Rosé is elegant, aromatic and fruity.
It is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with 13% still red wine added.
As an aperitif and with salmon and desserts with red fruit.
About the houseA cooperative from the village that many consider the best place for Chardonnay in the world.
