About this bottle
Laurent-Perrier is a house from Tours-sur-Marne (pronounced toor sewr MARN) founded in 1812. La Cuvée (pronounced koo-VAY) is its core Champagne.
The colour is pale gold, the mousse fine. On the nose fresh citrus and white flowers; on the palate a balance of freshness and delicacy, and a long, fruity finish.
The blend is made from grapes from more than a hundred crus, with a significant share of Chardonnay.
A half-bottle is enough for two or three glasses. A good choice for a dinner for two or for trying this Champagne without opening a full bottle.
About the houseA house from Tours-sur-Marne that after the war was in hundredth place in Champagne, and half a century later third in the world.
