De Saint-Gall Le Tradition Premier Cru (pronounced pruh-MYAY KREW) is a dry white sparkling wine from France. It comes exclusively from vineyards classified as premier cru, which places it above standard Champagnes, and the blend combines Chardonnay with Pinot Noir in an elegant, balanced style. On the nose, green apple, citrus and white flowers, followed by notes of brioche, almond and yeast. The bubbles are fine and creamy, the palate elegant and precise, and the finish long, with a hint of bread. Excellent as an aperitif and with seafood, fish and poultry.
