About this bottle
De Saint-Gall Le Sélection is a dry white sparkling wine from France. It is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne (pronounced blahn duh BLAHN) from premier cru vineyards (pronounced pruh-MYAY KREW), made exclusively from Chardonnay, which gives it the finesse, lightness and minerality typical of this style. On the nose, lemon, green apple and white flowers, followed by notes of brioche, almond and chalk. The bubbles are fine and creamy, the palate elegant and precise, and the finish long, citrusy and mineral. Excellent as an aperitif and with oysters, seafood and fish.
