About this bottle
Boizel Brut Réserve (pronounced broot ruh-ZAIRV) is a non-vintage Champagne from the French Champagne region, in a handy 375 ml format.
It has a golden colour and a crisp, fresh mousse. The bouquet combines white fruit, citrus notes and delicate bready tones, and the palate is harmonious and clean, with an elegant, dry finish.
It is made from the three classic Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. The house of Boizel is based in the very centre of Épernay (pronounced ay-pair-NAY), on the famous Avenue de Champagne.
Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood and light snacks. The 375 ml format is a good choice when the toast is meant to be an intimate one.
