Pommery is a house from Reims (pronounced rans), which the widow Pommery turned into a powerhouse: she had 18 km of cellars dug beneath the city and in 1874 was the first to successfully sell a dry Champagne.
Royal Blue Sky is a Champagne created to be served over ice cubes in a large glass. On the label the house describes it as “sur glace”.
It tastes best in summer, with ice and fruit.
