About this bottle
Marguet is a house in Ambonnay (pronounced ahm-bon-nay), a grand cru village (pronounced grahn KREW) in the Montagne de Reims (pronounced mohn-TAN-yuh duh RANS), run by Benoît Marguet. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically.
Shaman is the house's core range, made from grand cru grapes. The number in the name is the base vintage, here 2021.
This is the rosé version of Shaman: a soft mousse, pure fruit and a light, broad structure.
As an aperitif and with salmon and red fruit.
