About this bottle
Louis Roederer Rosé Vintage 2017 is a dry rosé sparkling wine from France. It is a vintage Champagne from the highly regarded Roederer house (pronounced ROH-duh-rer), made only in good years from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from its own vineyards, by maceration for precise colour and fruit. On the nose, fresh strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, followed by notes of brioche, white flowers and spice. The bubbles are very fine and creamy, the palate elegant, fresh and precise, and the finish long, fruity and mineral. Excellent as an aperitif and with seafood, salmon, poultry and fruit desserts.
