About this bottle
Leclerc Briant Extra Brut Rosé is a Champagne from France, from organic farming. It is made at the pioneering biodynamic house Leclerc Briant, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, in the Extra Brut style, that is, very dry, with the pure, fruity character of a rosé. On the nose, ripe strawberry, raspberry, red apple, a hint of brioche and white flowers. The bubbles are fine and creamy, the palate fresh and very dry, and the finish long and fruity. Excellent as an aperitif and with seafood, fish, poultry and light snacks.
About the houseA pioneer of biodynamics in Champagne, which almost disappeared after the death of the last of the family, and today, under American owners, carries out the most daring experiments in the region: wine fermented in a barrel lined with 24-carat gold and Champagne aged 60 m beneath the surface of the Atlantic.History, people and stories: Leclerc Briant
