About this bottle
Hervieux-Dumez is a family estate in Sacy, a premier cru village (pronounced pruh-MYAY KREW) a few kilometres south-west of Reims (pronounced rans).
Cuvée (pronounced koo-VAY) des Rois de France was first made to celebrate the 800th anniversary of Reims Cathedral. Its silhouette appears on the label.
The blend contains 45% Pinot Noir, and reserve wines make up as much as half of it. The Champagne spends at least 60 months on its lees and still keeps its freshness. It combines aromas of citrus and dried fruit.
