About this bottle
Hervieux-Dumez is a family estate in Sacy, a premier cru village (pronounced pruh-MYAY KREW) a few kilometres south-west of Reims (pronounced rans).
Brut Réserve (pronounced broot ruh-ZAIRV) shows the house style well: it is balanced, aromatic and has a long finish.
It is made from the three main grape varieties of Champagne.
As an aperitif and with poultry.
