About this bottle

Bollinger is a house in Aÿ (pronounced ah-EE) founded in 1829 and always built on Pinot Noir. The PN series shows this variety on its own.

A deep, rich Champagne with a golden colour. On the nose dried pears, nectarines, quince and honey; on the palate a silky texture.

Every PN edition is a Blanc de Noirs (pronounced blahn duh NWAR) made from Pinot Noir alone, built around wine from a single village and a single vintage, topped up with reserve wines. The base vintage is shown on the label.

With poultry, pork and mature cheeses.

About the houseA family house from Aÿ, loyal to Pinot Noir and oak barrels, supplier to the British court since 1884 and James Bond's Champagne. In three years, in 2029, it will celebrate its 200th anniversary.History, people and stories: Bollinger
