About this bottle
Billecart-Salmon Réserve Extra Brut is a dry white sparkling wine from France, in an impressive jeroboam bottle (3 l) for the biggest celebrations. Billecart-Salmon is famous for exceptional finesse and delicate bubbles; the Extra Brut version has a low dosage, which makes it taut and mineral. On the nose, green apple, citrus and white flowers, followed by notes of brioche, almond and chalk. The bubbles are very fine and silky, the palate precise and taut, and the finish long, mineral and dry. Excellent for a grand toast, as an aperitif and with seafood, oysters and fish.
