About this bottle
André Heucq is a winemaker from Cuisles in the Marne Valley, a region where Meunier reigns. The label carries the house motto: Nature & Terroir (pronounced teh-rwahr).
The flavour is multi-layered: creamy, mineral, with a long finish. It shows that Meunier can give a Champagne with character, not just a supporting part in a blend.
The wine is made entirely from Meunier from four plots in the Marne Valley. It goes through malolactic fermentation and matures for 48 months on its lees.
