About this bottle
Dhondt-Grellet is a family estate in the Côte des Blancs (pronounced koht day BLAHN), run by Adrien Dhondt, one of the most talented young winemakers in this part of Champagne.
The wine is bright, concentrated and firmly built. Alongside minerality and citrus there are nutty and slightly spicy notes that give it life.
Depth comes from reserve wines kept in a solera. The Champagne is bottled as an Extra Brut, with a small amount of added sugar.
With oysters, seafood and as an aperitif.
