About this bottle
Abyss Rosé is a rosé sparkling wine from France. It is a rare prestige Champagne from the biodynamic house Leclerc Briant, whose bottles age submerged in the depths of the sea, which gives it a distinctive, mineral and slightly salty character. It combines Chardonnay with Pinot Noir. On the nose, fresh strawberry, raspberry, citrus, a hint of brioche, nuts and a salty, mineral note. The bubbles are very fine and creamy, the palate deep, taut and precise, and the finish very long, mineral and fruity. Excellent with seafood, lobster, salmon, poultry in sauces and mature cheeses.

About the houseA pioneer of biodynamics in Champagne, which almost disappeared after the death of the last of the family, and today, under American owners, carries out the most daring experiments in the region: wine fermented in a barrel lined with 24-carat gold and Champagne aged 60 m beneath the surface of the Atlantic.History, people and stories: Leclerc Briant
